Psst… your body and mind are being poisoned.
You probably don’t see it either…
Many people in the modern world are being poisoned.
Against their will and unknowingly.
Most do not know what they have become victims of.
In fact, some will die never knowing that they were a victim.
“What the hell? We’re not being poisoned. That’s crazy talk!”
It’s only ‘crazy talk’ to someone who doesn’t understand.
If you want to close your mind off, be my guest.
I’ll give you a few instructions to your way out:
- Accept that you’re a closed-minded loser.
- Take your cursor and x out of your current tab.
- Go grab some Twinkie’s to fuel your emotional eating habit.
For those with open minds, let me share with you the poisons of the modern world.
1.) Keep Away From Negativity
Negativity is something that eats away at our souls.
It infests the minds of many.
I know very few people who are genuinely happy.
This is due to multiple factors.
Though, the negativity is apparent.
We can feel it and observe it.
- Negative people bring us down.
- Negative news kills our mood.
- Negative habits kill our liveliness.
Be careful of what you subject your mind and body to.
You will pay for it dearly.
If you yourself are a negative person, here are some things you can do to Improve Your Mood.
2.) Personal Hygiene Products Solve One Problem & Give You Another
These products disguise themselves as helpful.
Let’s use shampoo for an example:
“Clean, vibrant and thick hair!”
If only the people who used these products knew that it causes them to go bald.
Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS) is a lathering agent in shampoos.
It just so happens that SLS causes hair loss.
Another funny one is deodorant.
You ever read the ingredients on the back of a deodorant stick?
You probably don’t know a thing about the chemicals they use.
One toxic chemical they use is aluminum. (In the form of Aluminum Zirconium Tetrachlorohydrex Gly)
It’s important to note here that your skin absorbs things.
Especially your armpits where there are an abundance of sweat glands.
So, you want to know what that aluminum does to your brain?
One thing excessive aluminum can cause is Alzheimer’s.
It’s also been linked to Parkinson’s Disease and Multiple Sclerosis.
Sun block is yet another poison in this category.
Do you really think sunscreen is good for you?
Tell me, what other animal on this planet requires a FACTORY MADE sunscreen to go out into the sun.
There’s a reason why we tan and produce melanin naturally.
In reality, personal hygiene products mask one problem only to give you another.
They are counterintuitive to your health and wellness.
3.) Technology: A Friend & A Foe
Technology is a double edged sword.
It can be your friend and / or it can be your foe.
On one hand, it can be very advantageous to use.
On the other hand, it can be a waste of time and harm our minds.
It depends how you use it.
The funny thing about technology is that it’s supposed to make things easier for us.
Yet, it handicaps us.
Technology lacks the human connection.
When you pick up the phone to call a bank, do you really want to talk to a robot?
You want to talk to a human being.
The same goes for texting and messaging people.
It’s so easy to misinterpret what people say via text.
On top of all this, you have gaming apps that children are hopelessly addicted to.
Make an effort to phase the negative aspects of technology out of your life.
It will be difficult because we are so integrated with it nowadays.
If you have to use technology, use it to your advantage.
4.) Stay Away From Tap Water
You’ve likely heard of this one before.
Our tap water contains a compound used to treat the water.
That compound is Fluoride.
Supposedly, they deem this as safe.
However, when you look into the details, it’s not too pretty.
In the brain, Fluoride exposure:
- Damages the hippocampus. (Memory & emotions)
- Increases oxidative stress.
- Accelerates neuronal degeneration.
Fluoride has some other negative effects as well but it’s beyond the scope of this article.
Just try to avoid it.
The best water you can consume is from raw food like raw eggs.
Because the animal already filtered this water through its body.
It also ensures you get more nutrients from your food.
5.) Plants Are Medicine, Not Food!
You’ve been told a lie your entire life.
I don’t blame you for believing it.
“Eat your veggies! They’re good for you!”
There’s a reason behind why children hate and don’t eat vegetables.
This is a natural instinct that gets bred out of us.
So let me explain…
Plants produce compounds to deter predators.
These compounds are called secondary metabolites.
But what they actually act like in our bodies tells a different story.
They act as anti-nutrients.
Inhibiting proper assimilation and absorption of vital nutrients.
Keep the plants to a minimum and try the Steak & Eggs Diet.
6.) Ignore The Media!
The media is good for one thing and one thing only:
Instilling fear into your mind.
“Donald Trump does X and Y happens!”
If you didn’t look at the news or media, you wouldn’t even know a Donald Trump existed.
Your life hasn’t changed one bit because of him.
Yet, people will still complain, fear and whine about it.
Keep your mind away from this poison called media.
It will only serve to deteriorate you and your relationships with others.
If you don’t know what xenoestrogens are, it’s about time you found out.
Especially if you’re a man.
Xenoestrogens are compounds found in our environment and food that mimic the effects of estrogen in the body.
If you are a man, you know how important testosterone is for your health.
In fact, there are ways to Naturally Boost Your Testosterone.
Some of the dangers of elevated estrogen levels are:
- Low Quality Sperm / Infertility
- Gynecomastia (Man-boobs)
- Erectile Dysfunction
- Mood Swings
A big source of xenoestrogens in our food is soy, color dyes and preservatives like BHA.
You can find xenoestrogens in plenty of:
- Skincare products.
- Plastic packaged food.
- Building supplies like paint.
It’s nearly impossible to avoid all xenoestrogens.
Though, I think that if you avoid the ones that you ingest, you should be well off.
And thats all I want for you guys.
To be well off.
Until Next Time,
