Years ago, I dealt with an array of health issues that I described in this post.
The main issues I encountered were things like depression, stress and anxiety.
I knew at the time that this should not have been normal.
Especially since I was young. (Around 17 years old at the time)
Magnesium ended up being my first breakthrough solving the issues at hand.
I couldn’t be mighty with stress and anxiety.
Have you ever experienced intense stress and anxiety?
Then you understand how crippling it can be on a day-to-day basis.
So, this post is for you, to help you figure out how to solve your health anomalies.
My First Failed Experimentation With Magnesium Oxide
If you know anything about magnesium, the oxide version is the absolute worse.
On top of the nasty side effect of gastrointestinal discomfort, it also has a low bioavailability.
This means that nearly none of the magnesium actually gets absorbed when supplementing.
After a few weeks of supplementing, I didn’t notice much of a difference.
I nearly gave up on supplements and thought that the entire industry was a scam.
… but I didn’t want to give up so soon.
Being desperate for answers, I ended up doing some more research.
What I found was that certain ‘forms’ of magnesium have different levels of bioavailability.
This sparked my interest and I decided to search for more bioavailable forms of magnesium.
This lead me to my second and successful experience with magnesium.
My Second Successful Experimentation With Magnesium Glycinate
Magnesium Glycinate is a form of magnesium that is chelated or bound to an amino acid. In this case, the amino acid was glycine.
Glycine will make you relaxed so I do recommend that if you do take Magnesium Glycinate, you take it before bed.
Magnesium Glycinate relaxes the mind and body.
I would recommend this form for anyone who experiences stress or physical tension.
Of course, I didn’t stop there.
I wanted something even better.
What was the best type of magnesium to supplement?
My Third Extraordinary Experience With Magnesium L-Threonate
Magnesium L-Threonate is a very special form of magnesium.
It has shown to increase magnesium levels in the brain.
In other words, it crosses the blood-brain barrier.
This is the only form of magnesium that can effectively do this.
Because of this, it completely abolishes all feelings of stress and anxiety.
It gave me level-headed focus and clarity.
Magnesium L-Threonate made me mighty again.
It is a tad expensive but this is by far my favorite form of magnesium.
I’m sure you will love it too.
Give it a try!
Until Next Time,
