It is clear that today’s “men” have low levels of testosterone.
For proof, go to your local grocery store and have a look around.
Men with excess body fat, low self esteem, moodiness and low energy is what you will see.
When’s the last time you’ve seen a strong, vital and vibrant man?
Symptoms of Low Testosterone Include:
- Excess Fat
- Low or Nonexistent Libido
- No Motivation
- Low Self Esteem / Confidence
- Terrible Memory
- Loss of Morning Erections
- Erectile Dysfunction
- Constant Fatigue
- Low Energy
- Decreased Muscle Mass
- Low Sperm Count
The list goes on… testosterone is very important for us men.
When we don’t have the levels we need; we turn into emasculated puppets.
First off, you need to eat fat to produce testosterone.
Eat as much fat as you can. (No, I am not kidding)
The standard American low-fat diet generates heaps of soy boys.
It is easy to tell what a person eats based on their mental status and physique.
A male that is frail, timid and weak eats a diet low in fat, low in protein and high in carbohydrates.
The beta will eat factory made foods like cereal, crackers and snacks high in carb / sugar content.
Your biggest contributor to high testosterone levels will be diet.
Here are some things that a man eats:
Steak & Eggs: Absolutely phenomenal for you. The eggs are high in saturated fat and the zinc in the steak will help produce testosterone. The more rare the steak, the better. It is also better to drink your eggs. Wondering why?
Salmon: Very rich source of omega 3 fatty acids. If you have a brain and you want to give it the nutrients it needs to grow; you will eat salmon.
Unpasteurized Butter, Ghee, Lard: Cook everything you can in these healthy fats.
Here are some things that a beta male eats:
Sugar: Even complex carbohydrates will affect your testosterone levels negatively. It’s known that decreased insulin sensitivity leads to low testosterone.
Margarine: NEVER use margarine. It is chemically hydrogenated vegetable oil. This is a fake food manufactured in a factory that you should avoid at all costs.
Vegetable Oils: In nature, we would never have this would we? They’re high in omega 6 fatty acids. This fat creates inflammation and disease throughout our bodies.
Soy: Soy is estrogenic. Can you guess where the term soy boy came from? Soy will negatively affect your libido and physique.
The point is to eat as naturally as possible. If you are able to afford it, grass fed meats and wild caught fish are going to be your best sources of nutrients.
Valuable tips to keep your testosterone up:
Lift Weights: Lifting heavy weights will naturally increase your testosterone. I usually will aim to lift the most weight I can for 5-7 reps.
Lose Weight: Excess body fat leads to higher estrogen levels.
Limit Alcohol Consumption: I consume alcohol once a month if that. Alcohol lowers T levels.
Take Boron: Boron is a mineral that lowers sex hormone binding globulin (SHBG). By doing this, you will increase your free testosterone. I aim to take between 3mg-6mg of Boron Glycinate daily.

Get Adequate Sleep: Sleep is often overlooked. A disrupted circadian rhythm will negatively affect your testosterone levels. Make sure you’re getting quality sleep in a cool (66F-68F) and dark room.
Incorporate a few, or better yet, all of the advice laid out and you will feel your testosterone levels skyrocket.
High testosterone feels amazing and keeps your mind and body operating at 110%.
110% is where we need to be friends.
