I will be first to admit; I used to never look after myself. Particularly in the realm of health.
I was foolish. Foolish for believing what is being taught in modern education today about ‘healthy grains’ or ‘nutrient rich fruits and vegetables’.
These foods robbed me of my livelihood and sanity.
I could feel something was not right with my health.
I started struggling with anxiety, insomnia, inability to focus and depression.
I also started to develop psoriasis.
I solved all these issues with the ketogenic diet.

What I found disgusted me.

These industries make no money if we are healthy.
There is a conflict of interest between us, our health and the healthcare / pharmaceutical companies.
This is why you need to look after yourself; BECAUSE NO ONE ELSE WILL.
If you do not look after yourself; YOU WILL BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF.
Looking after yourself applies to everything in life.
